Archie joined us in June 2016 after having varied experience from
Gastro pubs around the countryside to working in fine dining restaurants in the cities.
After several years of working in 2 & 3 Rosette kitchens Archie wanted to get
back to his roots cooking Scottish produce to the highest of standards.
Scottish beef and vegetables have got to be his most favourite.
He is forever sourcing different meats, looking for the new suppliers
to the market and locating those niches missed by other chefs.
